Product Introduction
PTFE-lined TRP clamp
Core Features
- Superior Corrosion Resistance:PTFE boasts exceptional chemical stability, resisting erosion from almost all chemicals including strong acids, alkalis, salt solutions, and organic solvents. Suitable for conveying various corrosive fluids.
- Excellent High/Low Temperature Resistance:Can be used continuously within the temperature range of -80℃ to +260℃, and withstands higher temperatures for short periods, meeting the requirements of high-temperature medium transmission.
- Low Friction Coefficient:PTFE has an extremely low friction coefficient, minimizing fluid resistance during transmission, reducing energy loss, improving conveying efficiency, and reducing wear on the inner wall of fittings.
- Reliable Sealing Performance:PTFE’s flexibility allows it to fit closely to the fitting surface, effectively preventing fluid leakage and ensuring the tightness of the connection.
- Hygienic and Environmentally Friendly:Non-toxic and harmless, PTFE does not react with the conveyed medium and is not prone to bacterial growth, complying with strict hygiene requirements in food, pharmaceutical and other industries.
Application Fields
Widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, bioengineering and other industries for connecting pipelines that convey corrosive liquids, medicinal liquids, food raw materials and other media.
Production Process
Typically, PTFE particles are sintered on the surface of metal fittings (such as stainless steel) under high-temperature heating, then finished with precision machining to ensure tight bonding between PTFE and the fitting body, while guaranteeing the smoothness of the inner wall.
