Application: The hard wall food hose designed for vacuum resistance application, which
is suitable for many kinds of food products, such as milk, beer, vegetable oil, other edible oil, grease, fruit wine, fruit juice, 96% alcohol etc. It is widely appliced for liquid food transportation tanker, food processing and filling workshop. Can be used as ventalition line (not for compressor pipe) of tank car to transfer a product with a temperature up to 120 ℃ . Inner rubber is smooth, sanitary and food quality rubber, taste free and odorless.
Advantage:
The white and smooth tube rubber of food quality can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria. Hose with good flexibility and characteristics of anti twist, wear resistance, anti fouling. At a temperature no more than +130℃ , detergent and steam can be used for disinfect. 100% phthalates free.
Hose structure:
Tube: White, smooth,food quality white NBR rubber and UHMWPE, oil resistance;
Reinforcement: high tension synthetic textile, helix steel wire support;
Cover: Fabric impression blue NBR rubber, oil resistance, abrasion resistance, ageing resistance, wear resistance;
Temperature range:
-30℃ to + 100℃ (Remark: Steam application: temperature should be not more than 130℃ , last for not longer than 20min)
